They provide relief after perineal tears or episiotomy, cesarean section, and hemorrhoids. The gel pads can be cooled in the refrigerator or freezer, or heated in the microwave. A warm compress soothes discomfort from uterine contractions, while a cold compress helps reduce swelling. Thanks to their flexible, soft surface, they conform well to the body, and the beads inside the pack maintain their shape even after freezing. The postpartum gel pad can be used inside underwear or externally, for example on a C-section scar. Its size (5 x 25 cm) corresponds to that of a large sanitary pad.
